Lead Times
Here at MWTS, we custom build each holster to order. We focus heavily on proper fitment and a premium finished product. Lead times are estimates. Some orders may take longer to complete, depending on the quantity of items ordered, variance, and chosen weapon platform. We do our best to get orders shipped in a timely manner, but your patience and understanding is appreciated!
72-Hour Order Cancellation Policy
At MWTS every custom Kydex holster is built specifically to each customer's order. Because materials are ordered, prepared, and production begins shortly after an order is placed, we maintain the following cancellation policy:
Order Cancellations
- Customers may cancel their order within 72 hours of the original purchase date and time for a full refund.
- Cancellation requests must be submitted in by email or through our official contact methods before the 72-hour period expires.
After 72 Hours
- Once 72 hours have passed, your order is considered to be in production.
- Due to the custom nature of our products, orders cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded after this time.
- This policy applies to all Kydex gear.
Exceptions
MWTS reserves the right to approve cancellations outside the 72-hour window at its sole discretion in exceptional circumstances. If approved, any refund may be subject to a deduction for materials purchased, labor performed, payment processing fees, or other costs already incurred.
Warranty and Returns
Holsters and Magazine Carriers come with a Limited Lifetime Warranty. Warranty does not include loss of screws, spacers or other hardware. Spare or replacement hardware can be purchased on our website.
Holsters may only be returned due to defect. All Holsters and Magazine Carriers are made to order, no refunds will be issued under any other circumstances. Please ensure that all items in your cart are correct before ordering, all sales are final.

May I Check the Status of My Order?
The status of your order can be found on our website, designated either “Pending” or “Shipped”. Requests or emails regarding the status of your order may not be tended to if the order in question is still within the given lead time period.
When will I receive a shipping notification?
Upon completion of your order, you will receive an email notification with tracking information.
Rush Orders?
Unfortunately we cannot rush your order.
Why doesn’t my gun “click” into the holster?
Although not guaranteed, many of our holsters do in fact produce an audible “click” sound when inserted into the holster. However, some gun/light combinations rely primarily on friction retention and do not produce an audible “click”.
Do you offer Military & Law enforcement discounts?
We do! If you are Military (Active or retired), Law Enforcement or First Responder, send us an email and we’ll set you up with a discount code.
Are Kydex holsters adjustable?
Yes, all of our holsters offer adjustable friction retention. To adjust tension tighten/loosen the screws on the outside of the holster. Our IWB holsters offer slight amounts of cant/angle adjustment. This can be done by loosening the clip screws and sliding the clips up or down.
Do Kydex holsters scratch firearms?
Due to the tight form fitment of our kydex holsters there may be slide wear over time. To keep wear to a minimum keep debris out of the holster and off of your slide. But don’t forget, handguns are tools. Slide wear just means you’re using it!
Do you offer holsters for left-handed shooters?
Yes, all of our holsters are available in a left handed format. Click the ‘Build Holster’ tab on the product page to select shooter dominant hand and other specifications.
What is a Cordura wrap?
Cordura is a heavyweight nylon fabric, the same fabric used for plate carriers, bags, slings, etc. Our holsters use a 500Denier Cordura adhered to the kydex with a 3M adhesive.
How durable is the Cordura wrap?
Our Cordura wrap is extremely durable and will hold up to years of hard use and carry. The edges of cordura may begin the fray over time, but this can be cleaned up easily by lightly burning the edges with a lighter.
Can I use your inside-the-waistband holsters with a belt or without one?
Although our ‘Katame’ model holster is capable of carrying without a belt, we highly recommend carrying with a rigid style belt. Some alternative options for carry without a belt are the PHLSTER Enigma platform, or upgrading the belt clips to the UltiClip 3.
Do you offer holsters for firearms with suppressors?
Unfortunately no, none of our holsters are compatible with a barrel mounted suppressor. Some suppressor compatible holsters we recommend are the T-Rex Arms ‘Ragnorok SD’ or the QVO Tactical ‘Secondary SD’.
